Gradient Method Measurement of AC/A Value

1. Measure the interpupillary distance and choose a try-on frame that is consistent with the interpupillary distance

3. Insert +1.OD spherical lenses at the same time in front of both eyes

4. Insert the Maldives rod lens in front of the right eye to keep the grid stripes of the Maldives rod horizontal

5. Place the near-eye position detection board at 40cm in front of your eyes and turn on the light source

6. Ask the subject to see the positional relationship between the light source point and the vertical line, and record it

7. Remove the +1.0D spherical lens, ask the examinee the positional relationship between the light source point and the vertical line, and record it

8. Subtract the value recorded for the first time from the value recorded for the second time, which is the AC/A value
