This ER16 Idle Spindle delivers exceptional precision for demanding applications like drilling, milling, grinding, polishing, and engraving. The core spindle is heat-treated and precision ground, featuring a locking nut for secure tool retention. Housed in a robust aluminum alloy body with a baked enamel finish, it ensures durability. The tail end provides a dedicated pulley mounting shaft (10mm Ø x 30mm L).

Engineered for ultimate accuracy, it utilizes two step-flange bearings paired with a fine-thread lock nut system, eliminating play and ensuring zero backlash operation.

Requires standard ER16 collets (sold separately) for holding tools from 1mm to 12mm diameter. Specify your needed collet size(s) upon order. Achieve remarkable concentricity: within 0.02mm with AA-grade collets, or ultra-precise 0.008mm runout with UP-grade collets.

Mounting is simple via the four holes (38mm x 54mm pattern). The package includes the spindle, M5 mounting screws, and two essential wrenches.

Note: Collets are NOT included. Worldwide standard ER16 collets must be purchased separately.
