Common questions:

1. When should I place an order for the wedding dress? All our wedding dresses are custom-made, so we will start making your dress only after you place the order. Custom wedding dresses usually take 15 to 25 days to complete. If the process is complex, the time required will be longer. Please allow sufficient time for the making and shipping of the dress. We recommend that you place the order 2 to 5 months in advance. For standard-sized wedding dresses, it usually takes about two weeks to ship.

We offer an urgent service for brides in need of wedding dresses, but there is an urgent fee. If you need an urgent order, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Do I need to make any modifications?

The bride's dress usually requires some adjustments to ensure a perfect fit on the special day. We do not offer modification services after receiving the dress, and the modification fee is not included in the dress price. We can provide basic customization services based on your measurements of chest circumference, waist circumference, height, and measurement from the hip to the ground to help you reduce the possible modification costs. We recommend that you find a professional local tailor who can provide accurate measurement services.
