Care & washing:

1. hand wash only; do not dry clean. dry cleaning solvents can compromise the insulation and age the fabric. do not machine wash or tumble dry. agitation and wringing can easily cause the down jacket to lose its shape.    Affects the fit and warmth.

2. 30℃ water temperature rinse. soak the down jacket in cold water for 20 minutes, fully moisten it inside and out, then dissolve the detergent in 30℃ warm water and soak for 15 minutes.
   Then use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub. rinse with warm water, which will help the detergent dissolve fully and make the down jacket rinse cleaner.

3. use a neutral detergent, preferably a specialized one. down is a protein fiber, and using alkaline detergents can strip your down jacket of its softness, elasticity, and luster. it can also cause it to become dry, stiff, and age prematurely, shortening its lifespan.

4. avoid wringing or squeezing to remove water. do not expose to direct sunlight. lay flat to dry. after drying, gently pat the down jacket to restore its fluffiness and softness.

5. avoid ironing to avoid burning the clothes.

(pro tip: if you accidentally use alkaline detergent, residual soap can easily leave white marks on the surface of your clothing. to remove them, after rinsing twice, add two small spoonfuls of vinegar to lukewarm water, soak your down jacket for a while, and then rinse again. the vinegar will neutralize the alkaline detergent.)
