The motherboard must support The motherboard supports PCI-E splitting and can be set to PCI-E X4X4X4 or 4 X4 modes; The motherboard supports PCI-E RAID; ASUS mainboard supports the function of lightning expansion card; Different motherboards have different PCI-E split channels. Some motherboards PCI-E RAID is X8 X4 X4. This 4-bit M.2 card can only support 3 M.2 SSDs or devices, the 2-bit M.2 card can only support one M.2 SSD or device. If you need to use this product normally, please select the motherboard correctly; Many motherboards share a channel of PCI-E. Make sure that the motherboard can support the function of PCI-E splitting, but it cannot identify so many M.2 SSDs or devices. Please remove or replace the slot of other PCI-E devices, such as graphics card, extended card, on-board NVME SSD, etc. For ASUS motherboards that support PCI-E split, please refer to the following link https://www.asus.com/tw/support/FAQ/1037507 For ASRock motherboards that support PCI-E split, please refer to the following link https://www.asrock.com/mb/spec/product.cn.asp?Model=ULTRA%20QUAD%20M.2%20CARD#SupportList Many mainboards of server mainboard, X299, and X399 have the function of splitting, 2. CPU support is required. CPU must have enough channels. Generally, low-end CPU does not have enough PCI-E channels, so it may not be supported either, when purchasing a CPU, you can refer to the motherboard introduction for correct selection;
