we have 2 deep engraving custom types .

(1) Traditional deep engraving -- only for simple logo

It is done by high-power laser machines, with 400 microns depth .

Process : deep engraving -  polished -plating - black color adding on the concave part  (black color material : Nitrocellulose lacquer) . [ if you don't want black color, note on the order or contact us via message.  ]

Production time :gold color /black color ring --10days !!! as plating process is proceed after deep engraving.  silver color takes 3~4 days.

(2)The upgraded method -- for complex logo

It is [ UV laser ]by ultraviolet laser machine, with a depth of 100 microns.

Process : deep engraving

The black parts are the result of the chemical reaction between the laser machine and the metal material during the engraving process, directly presenting a black effect. It won't fade.

Production time :  3-4 days;

Q1:How can I judge if my design is complex or simple ?

1. Reduce your design image to the size of the ring (12.7mm * 14mm for the rectangle ring and 14.5mm for the round ring), if you still can read your design clearly, then it can consider to be simple design.

2. Send your design image to seller via message, let seller check for sure.

Q2:  What kind of design image can be use for custom work ??

2D graphic design image[design image in black and white is preferred. Black color part of your design image will be the recessed area(the part that will be goes down ), and the white color color part of your design image will be the raised part on the ring, and it will be in the same metal color as you have chosen for the ring. ]

Q3:  What should I do if I don’t have the design image in black and white ??

1. Use AI tool to help you adjusted your design image into black and white.

2. Contact seller, to let seller understand which part you want to engraved down, and which part you want it to be in the metal color as your ring.

Q4: What kinds of design can be use for the custom ring ?

(simplified ) family crest& coat of arm, school badge, or meaningful image,your kids drawing, family signet rings, company / club / group logo / flag / slogon /symbol , icon, any thing that you can think off, it can be use for the custom ring.

But one rules, the simpler, the better. As the deep engraving space is limited.
