Please note: The machine does not contain essential oils

When you find that the fog on the machine is relatively small or the machine does not produce fog, is the machine not functioning properly?

Answer: No, it doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem with the machine. This may be because essential oils are not suitable for machines. If the essential oil is not suitable, it will cause the machine to not produce fog or the fog on the machine is not obvious. At this point, you need to consider replacing the essential oil with medical alcohol to clean the machine first, and then check if the medical alcohol causes the machine to produce mist. If medical alcohol can cause the machine to produce mist, then this proves that the machine is not a problem, and you need to consider changing to other suitable essential oils.

What essential oils are suitable for the machine?

It is recommended to use oil soluble essential oils with good fluidity and directly add them to the machine without adding water. It is not recommended to use essential oils that are too concentrated or too viscous. Why do we need to clean our aromatherapy diffusers regularly?

Waterless essential oil diffusers operate differently from water-based ones.

As the essential oil evaporates inside the diffuser over time, it inevitably adheres to the inner walls.

Over time, this can clog the diffuser, preventing the mist outlet from discharging properly.

If there is no fragrance or mist after using it for a while, you can try cleaning the aromatherapy machine first.

It may be that the inner wall of the machine is clogged due to long-term atomization.

It does not mean that the function of the machine itself is damaged.
