2. Your order will be shipped via international postal or air mail. The estimated delivery time is 15-20 days. We can also use courier services such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX for fast delivery (3-7 days). For more information about additional shipping costs, please contact us.

3. All goods will be carefully packaged to avoid damage during transportation.

4. As you know, international shipping involves a more complex process, including customs in both countries and transfer stations, so the time for your goods to reach the final destination may be longer. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

5. The prices of goods and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes. The relevant fees need to be borne by the buyer.

6. The goods are electroplated with real gold. Since they are not pure gold or pure silver styles, all metal electroplated goods will fade over time. Depending on your storage method, the fading time can be prolonged. Generally, our color retention period is 1-3 months. If you take good care of it, do not come into contact with alkaline liquids, and remove it when taking a bath or washing your hands, the time can be extended to 1 year or even longer.

Return Policy:

1. We are responsible for any damage or loss during transportation. If you do not receive the goods on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

2. The buyer needs to take photos of the damaged goods to keep as evidence. We will process a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.

3. Please note that the display of size and color may vary slightly due to production differences, so there may be discrepancies from the actual items. Additionally, the display settings of the monitor may vary depending on the computer, which may cause color deviations.
