Thank you for choosing our products. Placing an order signifies that you have carefully read and agree to all the following terms, which govern the rights of both parties.

We only sell official genuine cards. Special notice: All Bandai Japanese version One Piece OP series cards do not have plastic wrapping and are sold as original unopened boxes with no resealing. Due to different production batches, color variations may occur. Please do not purchase if you doubt the authenticity. To protect consumer rights, cards are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened. Thank you for your understanding!

To protect the rights of both parties, you must record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video upon receipt. The video must clearly show the shipping label, all six sides of the package, and the entire process of unsealing and inspecting the goods. This video is the sole valid evidence for any after-sales request. Without valid video evidence, we will be unable to process any after-sales claims.
We appreciate your understanding.
