Production process of 3D painting

1. The image needs to be composed on a computer using stereo software

2. Then synthesize the raster lines you use

3. After the photo paper image is drawn, it is enough to compare the best three-dimensional image with the grating.

Cold table process

1. Print the picture;

2. Prepare grating and double-sided tape;

3. Tile diagram;

4. The grating is pressed and adjusted for the best three-dimensional effect;

5. Cut the cis side of the cold watch;

6. Clamp a row of clips to fix, turn over and push into the relaxed cold laminator;

7. Smooth and push to the starting position, press the cold laminator;

Remove the clamp and start cold lamination.

Pay special attention to the alignment and don't move it, or you will lose all your previous efforts. There are two points to pay attention to the problem of how to avoid the synthesis of bubbles. One is to use qualified double-sided tape, and the other is the pressure of the cold laminating machine during the cold laminating process. Too light is easy to be too heavy and easy to deform, and the other is cold laminating. The time must be too slow. The cold laminator is mounted there, and the protective film of the double-sided tape is exposed there. If the double-sided tape is removed too quickly, static electricity will cause the double-sided tape to not fully stretch and flatten, which will also cause you to be careless. Uncomfortable conduction.

The measurement resolution setting can be like this

If you make 32-line grating with 20 lenses, that is 20 lens * grating actual line 31.6136 = how much resolution is

Grating characteristics

The characteristic of the grating is that the thicker the line, the thicker the board, suitable for large-format long-distance viewing, the thinner and thinner the line is suitable for small-format viewing at a close distance.
