Installation Guide

1. Connect the motor phase wires.
Please note that the wires must be connected correctly according to their colors, otherwise the motor will vibrate or fail to start.

2. Connect the motor Hall sensor (5 wires).
This controller is only for brushless Hall motors. If your motor does not have a Hall sensor or it is damaged, this controller will not be able to drive the motor properly.

3. Connect the extension cable
Please use the extension cable included in our kit. Your original cable may not be compatible, so please do not attempt to use it.

4. Connect the LED dashboard
Please note that the LED dashboard must not be short-circuited. Do not touch the metal on the back of the circuit board.

5. Connect the throttle (white 3-pin connector on the LED dashboard)
Please use the throttle from our kit. Due to the variety of wire configurations available on the market, please note that the green wire is the signal wire, while the red and black wires are the positive and negative terminals.

6. Connect the brake (the red 3-pin connector on the LED dashboard)
Please note the wire configuration. We recommend using the brake from our kit to avoid wasting time testing different wire configurations.

7. Connect the headlights
Ensure the wires are connected correctly with the positive and negative terminals.

8. Connect the taillights
Ensure the wires are connected correctly with the positive and negative terminals.

9. Connect the battery (XT30 connector)
This step is critical. Before connecting the battery, ensure all wires are properly connected and there are no short circuits or connection errors.

10. Press and hold the LED dashboard button to power on.
Long press: Power on/off
Short press: Shift gears

11. Scan the QR code on the back of the controller to download the app.
If there is no QR code on the back of the controller, take a photo of the controller and send it to our online customer service to obtain the app download QR code. (Some countries' customs do not allow the sending of QR code cards.)

12. Drive test
First, suspend the motor. This controller's default drive mode is non-zero drive, so before accelerating with the throttle, manually rotate the motor forward first. Once the motor starts spinning, you can then accelerate with the throttle to properly drive the motor.

13. Modify the drive mode via the app.
If you prefer zero-drive mode and wish to directly drive the motor via the throttle, you can change the drive mode to zero-drive in the app settings.

14. Once all installations are complete and testing is successful, securely install all components, and you can use the device normally.
