How to choose your size
Step 1:
On a hard surface, tape a piece of blank paper to the floor and attach it flush against the wall. Stand up straight with your foot on the paper and heel against the wall.
Step 2:
Mark the longest part of your foot (heel-to-toe length) and widest part of your foot on the paper with a pen or pencil. Make sure your pen is held vertically, not at an angle. Repeat with the other foot, as right and left feet may be different sizes
Step 3:
Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length and width measurement for each foot. Based on your measurement, add 10 mm as standard size. If you need tight feeling, add 5 mm to choose size.

Size Chart:
To find your size, place a tape measure on a flat surface up against a wall. Stand on the tape measure with your heel against the wall. Look down and take the measurement from your longest toe. Then use the MM scale on the size chart to find your size.
The mm sizes on the size chart are the exact length of the last that we use to build the shoes. If you find that your mm size is exactly the same as a value on the size chart, you may want to select one size bigger to give your toes some room. Eg. You measure your foot and it is 265mm is size which is a size 42. Unless you like your shoes very tight, you may wish to wear a size 42.5.

WMST-TECH Heat Molding Tech
Water steam heat-molding technology
Step 1:
Remove the innersole from the shoe

Water Steam Heat-molding Way
Use normal plastic bag to wrap shoe.
And put it in the pot, steaming it 10~15 minutes.
Turn off it.
Caution: Do not place your feet in the hot shoes or you may burn your feet. Let them cool a little and test the shoe temperature with your hand before placing your feet in the shoe.
Stand in the shoe, and tighten the laces and buckle and wait for the shoe to cool. You can also use the plastic end of a screwdriver to press out any part of the shoe causing discomfort or blisters. You can heat mold the shoes as many times as you like. If you find that the shoes are not molding very easily, check your oven temperature with an external thermometer as some oven thermostats are inaccurate.
If you have any lumps or bunions on your feet or if there are any areas causing discomfort, while the shoe is still warm you can use the round end of a blunt object to press out any part of the shoe. You can heat mold the shoes as many times as you like.

Oven Heat-molding way
Pre heat the oven to 75 degrees. Place the shoe in the oven for 15~20 minutes. Higher temperatures will void your warranty and may damage your shoe. Caution: Do not place your feet in the hot shoes or you may burn your feet. Let them cool a little and test the shoe temperature with your hand before placing your feet in the shoe.
