UD Bare Carbon Fiber Pipe Material Characteristics Description:

This product is formed by UD bare carbon process. Under strong light irradiation, the tube wall will show natural irregular carbon cloth texture patterns, which belong to the normal process characteristics of raw materials and production, and are not cracks, damages, fractures, or quality defects; There may be slight differences in texture depth under different lighting and shooting angles, which does not affect the structural strength, load-bearing capacity, and service life. If you mind the texture visual effect, please place your order with caution.

⚠️Installation Instructions

1.Seat Tube Tightening Torque
For metal bicycle frames, tighten to 4NM
For carbon fiber frames, tighten to 4.5NM

2.Saddle Clamp Tightening Torque
For metal rails, tighten to 4.5NM
For Carbon rails, tighten to 4.5-5NM

3.Installation Warnings
Ensure that the clamp opening is offset from the frame opening during installation to avoid concentrated stress that may cause the seat post to crack.
(NOTICE:For openings at both front and rear, the seat post clamp should be offset to the side.)

Suggestion: Insert the seat post into the frame 10 cm.

Pre-Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. This product is made of UD bare carbon fiber and has no paint coating. The irregular natural patterns on the surface are inherent process characteristics of the material itself and do not belong to scratches, damages, or quality defects; Each product has a slight difference in texture, which is a normal phenomenon.
2. Strict requirements for installation torque: The locking torque must be controlled at 5.5 Nm. If the tightening force exceeds this standard, it is highly likely to cause cracking and fracture of carbon fiber components, and the resulting damage is not covered by the after-sales warranty.
3. Carbon fiber accessories are lightweight and brittle, and violent impact, heavy pressure and compression are strictly prohibited during installation and daily use.
4. It is recommended to use a torque wrench for installation and strictly follow the torque parameters; Damage caused by improper installation operation is not supported for returns, exchanges, or after-sales disputes.
5. Our company is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect assembly in violation of the user manual
6. To protect your rights, please inspect the goods before signing for receipt. If the packaging is damaged, deformed, impacted, or shows signs of repeated packaging, refuse to sign for it immediately, take photos as evidence, and contact customer service to report the situation. We will assist in protecting your rights.
NOTE: Product photos taken in person (slight differences may occur due to lighting issues). The seat tube does not have a paint coating, so those who mind should purchase with caution
