Five Advantages

①Floating disc technology: maintain the flatness of the disc under high temperature, so that the disc is always
stable during long-distance braking
②Lightweight technology: using aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum alloy disc core, large hollow disc surface,
the weight is reduced by 5% compared with ordinary discs.
③Super-hard stainless steel disc surface: effectively improve braking force. The average braking force is
increased by 9% compared with G3 Disc.
④Wear-resistant disc: Using stainless steel wear-resistant performance to increase the service life by 30%
compared with ordinary carbon steel disc.
⑤Hollowed disc:Provides excellent heat dissipation performance, while hollowing out, adding levers to make
more strengthen so that ensure the rigidity of the disc

Product Design Features

1.High-Strength Stainless steel dish body. Different thickness settings are used for large-diameter and small-diameter
discs. Small-diameter (140/160mm) with lightweight and easy assembly features for low-load Road bikes brake system.
Large-diameter (180/203mm) brake disc rotor are designed for high-load MTB & E-Bike system which enhanced weight
load and rigidity.
2.All disc rotor use full round shape, UCI approve ready, more safety at any times.
3.Brake rotor has unique "bar" construction design between each two fix pins for high stability when at high brake
temperature.
4.Unique hollow out design make half brake surface in a raw to keep brake pad warm up at right work temperature quickly.
5.All rotor size have same large floating pin design for more force trans and more cooling surface.
6.All spindle made of AL7075, for large size (180mm/203mm), use different stronger size hold on more brake force.

About our Brake Disc Roter

A floating disc is made up of two parts. An aluminum center carrier, which is mounted on to the hub of the wheel and a stainless steel rotor on which the brake pads apply pressure.
The stainless steel rotor is affixed to the aluminum carrier with help of rivets. The setup allows the rotor to move axially to align with the brake pads, thereby allowing for optimum contact between both the surfaces. This optimum contact enable better braking and also increase the brake pad life by evenly distributing the heat generated.
The other advantage that such a setup offers is in terms of better manageability of thermal expansion. When a solid disc heats beyond a limit, it will start to warp, whereas floated disc has enough space and margin to allow for thermal expansion. All high performance braking systems now use a floating rotor designto these very advantages offered by them.
