Plossl eyepiece with red LED-illuminated double-line cross-hair reticle and high-contrast views with a 40-degree apparent field of view, excellent for accurate polar and go-to alignment and for centering guide stars for astrophotography.

The 12.5mm eyepiece focal length and the 11mm eye relief ensure comfortable observation experiences.

High light Transmission

The 4-element Plossl eyepiece is fully multi-coated on all air-to-glass surfaces with high transmission anti-reflection coatings for bright, crisp views. The edges of the lenses are blackened for high contrast.

Illumination Adjustable

The crosshair illumination is variable over a very wide range, available to adjust the illumination according to various observation needs. The double-line cross hairs are narrow and well defined, which helps best with precision. The eyepiece is powered by 3 cell batteries and when running out they are easy to get in the local store.

Standard 1.25-inch

The interface is standard 1.25-inch so that this is available to attach to standard 1.25-inch guiding scope.
