Graphene Reinforced Material

For rubber formulations, most rubbers on the market use a Carbon Black reinforcement. The 729, however, relies on the technical strength of the Rubber Research Institute and for the first time adds Graphene reinforcement to the formulation of table tennis rubbers, replacing the traditional Carbon Black as a reinforcing agent, which greatly improves the toughness and elasticity.

Double Coating Tech

729's original technology adds 1 thin 0.3mm layer of adhesive to the original single-coat technology, which prevents oxidation and makes the tackiness last longer.

Two Sizes of Sponge Pores

The 729, based on the inherited rubber technology, has introduced the first digital microscope system in the domestic table tennis industry that can be magnified 1000 times in order to overcome technical difficulties, which also formally introduces the field of table tennis rubber technology to the micron (um) level.

In the large diameter sponge hole structure of the pore wall, distributed with many small sponge pores. Its structure size pore diameter ratio is basically 1:10, that is, a large pore around the distribution of a tenth of the size of small pores, which is difficult to achieve in the rubber sponge foaming process, 729 after three years of technical research to develop success.

Performance of New Sponge

1. Speed:

The compound structure of large with small holes, turning the walls of the original solid pores into "small air pockets", will give the sponge more elasticity, faster ball release and a more permeable feel.

2. Spin

The compound structure of large with small pores allows the sponge to remain more supportive than thin-walled sponges, so it is easier to create friction, pulling the ball with ease and spin, and improving the threat of looping the ball in the mid and back court.
