2. Detailed Usage Steps

Step 1: Preparation
Unpack the kit and inspect all parts to ensure they are intact and undamaged. Confirm the dentures, gypsum models, and wax sheets are complete. Familiarize yourself with the structure of the upper and lower jaw models, which serve as the base for shaping.
Step 2: Soften the Wax Sheet
Take one piece of base plate wax and soak it in hot water at 70–75°C (158–167°F) for 15–30 seconds until the wax is fully softened and malleable.
⚠️ Note: Do not use boiling water, as this may cause excessive melting or deformation of the wax.
Step 3: Shape Wax and Position Dentures on the Model
Remove the softened wax and gently press and shape it to fit the gum contour of the gypsum model.
Press firmly to ensure the wax adheres tightly to the model without gaps.
Align the prefabricated dentures (upper / lower) precisely onto the shaped wax and press into place. Adjust the position to ensure proper bite alignment and symmetrical appearance.
Step 4: Cool and Polish
Once satisfied with the shaping, leave the denture at room temperature until the wax cools and fully hardens.
After hardening, use dental polishing tools to carefully smooth the gum edges and contact areas for improved comfort and fit, preventing irritation to the oral mucosa.
Step 5: Clean and Wear
Rinse the denture thoroughly with clean water after polishing before wearing. When not in use, store the denture in the included sealed storage case.

3. Important Notes

Intended Use: This product is for temporary dental restoration and cosmetic purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional dental treatment or custom-made dentures. Discontinue use immediately and consult a dentist if you experience persistent discomfort, gum irritation, or oral issues.
Safety: Handle hot water carefully to avoid scalding. Keep this product out of reach of children.
Polishing Safety: Use moderate pressure when polishing to avoid damaging the wax or loosening the denture. Keep polishing tools clean to prevent oral contamination.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean the denture daily with mild soap and warm water. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasives, which may damage the denture and wax.
Storage: When not worn, store the denture in the sealed case in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures and humidity to prevent wax deformation.
