Mobile OS Requirement

Niantic keeps updating the Pokxxxx GO app. The current minimum system requirement for the app is Android 9 / iOS 15.

Many older phones that just meet the minimum version can pair with the bracelet, yet suffer frequent game disconnections and capture malfunctions.

Follow the instructions strictly step‑by‑step.

If the prompt in picture 9 does not appear, do the following:

Close the box in picture 9.

Please reset your Pokxxx GO device to factory settings.

A. When the blue light does not flash, press the bracelet button for 8 seconds until the blue light stays bright and does not flash.

B. Press the bracelet button again until the blue light goes out. At this point the bracelet is restored to factory settings.

C. When restoring factory settings, the button shows white light.

D. Repeat the operation of Picture 8 to connect.

E. If the connection still fails, please restore the factory settings. Due to the system version, the Android device may need to be connected repeatedly for 4-5 times before the connection is successful.
