Q: Does the product need to be fully charged for the first use?

A: Yes, after the new device undergoes comprehensive testing, there is only a small amount of remaining power. It is recommended to fully charge it before the first startup and after each use. The charging process is expected to take about 3 hours.

Q: What precautions should be taken when using the product?

A: Do not use to suck up any liquids. If the cleaning area is wet, wipe it dry before vacuuming. Do not use to suck up hard or sharp objects (such as construction debris, glass, nails, etc.).

Q: How should the product components be cleaned and maintained?

A: The dust cup, filter mesh, and filter cartridge are all removable and can be washed with water.
After cleaning, please air-dry them for at least 24 hours to ensure the dust cup, filter mesh, and filter cartridge are completely dry before reassembly.
The main unit must not be washed with water; it can be wiped with a soft damp cloth.
Ensure no water enters the charging port.

Q: How often should the filter mesh and filter cartridge be cleaned?

A: After each use, promptly clear any debris from the dust cup to prevent odour build-up. When the filter cartridge becomes clogged, the product will alert you with alternating red and white indicator lights. At this point, rinse the filter mesh and cartridge thoroughly with clean water, allowing them to dry completely before reinstalling. Depending on usage frequency, we recommend cleaning every three months.

It is very important for you to use the right charger to charge it, it needs a 5V--2A charger, not not use the wrong charger to charge it
