🚨 MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASE! 🚨

(This notice applies to all hook mounts, support leg mounts, extended hooks, dashboard mounts, and non-magnetic mounts.)

To save your valuable time and shipping costs, please check the following 2 points before placing an order.

[1] Check Your Car's Air Vent Shape

✅ Compatible Vents (O):

Standard horizontal / vertical straight blades.

❌ Incompatible Vents (X):

Circular / turbine / cross-shaped and special designed vents.

※ Note: Cannot be mounted if the vent blades are too thick or curved. (Please refer to the vent images on the detail page).

[2] Check Your Smartphone Case Thickness (Very Important!)

⚠ If the case is too thick, the mount's grips may not hold the phone securely, causing it to fall!

❌ Not Recommended: Wallet (diary) cases, thick bumper cases, cases with pop sockets/smart rings attached.

✅ Recommended: Thin silicone/hard cases or using the phone without a case.

※ Note: Phone drops caused by the side clamps failing to fully wrap around the smartphone due to case thickness are not considered a product defect.

Q1: Can I use this mount horizontally (landscape mode) for GPS? A1: Hi! Because this mount relies on gravity to keep the arms locked, it is designed for portrait (vertical) mode only. Turning it horizontally will cause the arms to loosen.

Q2: Does it fit phones with thick cases like OtterBox? A2: It fits most standard cases perfectly. However, for extremely thick or heavy-duty cases (like wallet cases or pop sockets), it might be too tight. We recommend a case thickness of under 14mm.

Q3: Will the clip damage my car's air vent? A3: Not at all! The clip features soft, anti-slip silicone pads that provide a strong grip without leaving any scratches.
