You may experience the following issues:
1.The received light bulbs are not all the bulbs shown in the main product image
The main image of the product you see is a display of all common interface models that we have compiled, and it is not the actual shipping content, as some light bulbs may not be compatible with your vehicle model. We will intelligently match them based on the vehicle model and year noted in your order, and send you a set of light bulbs specifically for your car, subject to your vehicle model.
2.There is a problem of insufficient or unsuitable light bulbs for the vehicle model
We ship according to the specific vehicle model and quantity of the customer's order. Please confirm your specific vehicle model before placing the order and select the corresponding quantity and color of light bulbs to avoid receiving light bulbs that are not suitable for your vehicle model
3.There is a problem of vehicle error reporting
Some car models may experience CANBUS errors, and these models require the purchase of a separate decoder to use. Please refer to the relevant guidelines and information in the product description before placing an order. We have noted that the light bulb may not be compatible with certain car models.
4.After installing the light bulb, it was found that the bulb was not working
LED lighting fixtures have positive and negative poles. If the LED light does not light up, try rotating the LED light 180 degrees or swapping the LED lights on the left and right sides for testing. Because some products have strict requirements for the connection of positive and negative poles. If the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly, it may result in the inability to recognize properly.
5.Our LED Light ONLY REPLACE FOR halogen light bulb, NOT Replace for oem light / original LED Light, such car model PLEASE DO NOT BUY , Thanks.
