Check your device Frequency and IC chip model before buying

Must be meet the following three conditions:

1.You must have a good remote controller.(Or will copy the bad command, can't work)

2.You need to know the device frequency and IC chip model of your current remote controller.

3.This remote controller is mainly suitable for rolling door, retractable door, Road gate, etc.

If your door is a reverse door, you 'd better confirm it with our customer service before purchasing.

For example: open your remote controller and check device frequency 433, IC chip model is 2264, and you also have a usable remote controller, will be ok to choose this product.

Compatible IC chip:2260(as,PT2260,SC2260,HS2260 LX2260,HX2260); 2262(as,PT2262,SC2262,LX2262,HS2262,HX2262), PT2264,PT2240(LX2240 LX2241 SCL2240),CS5211,1527( EV1527,HS1527,HX1527 SC1527 GP1527 CP1527 AD1527 SCL1527 TL1527 ZX1527),SMC918,AX5026,SMC926,AX5326-3,AX5326-4, FP527,HT600,HT680,HT6207,HT6010,HT6012,HT6013,HT6014,HT12D, HT46F49E, PIC16F630 ULN2003, etc.

How to use the remote control1. Code clearing method: At the same time, press and hold the two keys of unlock and unlock (some shells have two keys of up and down), and the LED indicator enters the fast flashing state. At this time, all the data in the memory is cleared. After clearing the data, the remote control will not light up no matter which key is pressed. 2. Copy method: One hand holds the original remote control and the other hand holds the copy remote control. The two remote controls should be as close as possible. Press the keys required for the copy respectively, and the LED indicator will flash quickly after flashing. The copy is successful. The other key operation methods are the same. Some remote controls have low transmission power, so the original remote control and the copy remote control should be operated back to back to make the copy. If there is interference in some operating environments, the interference operation should be avoided. If the copy is not easy to use, the copy should be repeated after the code is cleared. (Especially important: the remote control on your hand must work normally and have the same frequency as our remote control)
