Android: No image displayed/Screen distortion

1. Reference Document: Android > Usage Conditions > Enable OTG
2. Uninstall the current app, switch to another app, then test again.
3. If the above two methods still don't work, try using a different phone for testing.

PC: No image displayed/Image stuttering
