How to turn off ads in Cam720 APP

Cam720 mobile APP has built-in ads, this is APP software setting, not camera fault.Please follow the tutorial pictures to disable ads in APP settings easily.All camera functions remain fully available after ads are turned off.

Step 4: Toggle the switch to OFF to disable ads.

A: Please download the cam720 APP from Google Play or App Store. No extra fee for basic live view function.

Q: Can I watch the camera remotely when I am away from home?

A: Yes. After the camera connects to your 2.4GHz/5GHz home WiFi, you can view real‑time live stream remotely anywhere via cam720 APP, as long as your phone has internet access (4G/5G/Wi‑Fi). No extra hardware is required.

Q: Why remote view is laggy or often offline?

A: Lag or offline is mostly caused by weak home WiFi signal, unstable home internet or router overload. Please make sure camera is close to router, connect to 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi, reboot camera and router if disconnection happens.

Q: What is the max SD card support?

A: Max support 256GB Micro‑SD card, FAT32 format. Please format SD card inside APP before using.

Q: Does it support two‑way audio?
