23.6 Inch Long Sleeves Leather Welding Gloves, Heat Resistant Stove Fire And Barbecue Gloves, Puncture Resistant Gloves for Gard
Description:
Product introduction: Welding gloves are gloves used by welding workers for work, which can provide safety protection and comfort for workers. Suitable for cutting, welding, handling and other purposes.
Welding gloves
Explanation: A type of welding worker's work gloves
Usage: Suitable for cutting, welding, handling, etc
Features: Anti wear, anti cutting, anti tearing, etc
Standard functions: moisture-proof, wear-resistant, anti cutting, anti tearing, anti puncture, anti oil stains, anti combustion, anti thermal conductivity, anti hot air flow, and anti fine metal slag.
Welding gloves belong to the category of welding labor protection equipment.
Its function
1: Prevent electric shock. During the welding process, welding gloves play a role in protecting welding personnel from electric shock. Taking the manual arc welding machine as an example, the no-load voltage is generally between 50V and 90V. Compared to the safe voltage of 36V AC, the no-load voltage of the welding machine is also a dangerous voltage for welding operators. Therefore, welding gloves must achieve a safe pressure resistance of 3000V.
2: Prevent burns and scalds. Except for tungsten inert gas arc welding, which does not have splashes, other welding types have splashes that may cause burns and burns to the welding operator's hands and wrists. Welder gloves are made of suede material, effectively isolating welding spatter from burning and scalding the hands and wrists of welding operators. In addition, welding arc light belongs to harmful light radiation sources, and gloves can also effectively isolate harmful light radiation from hands and wrists.
material quality
Outer layer: natural leather such as cowhide, cowhide, pigskin, sheepskin, etc. Inner layer: thickened inner lining, pure cotton inner lining, cotton inner lining, denim inner lining and other types of inner lining.
characteristic
Mainly used for wear resistance, cutting resistance, fire resistance and thermal insulation, blocking radiation, and having a certain degree of insulation performance.
Main types
The impact on welders varies depending on the type of welding, so welding gloves can be roughly divided into two types based on each type of welding: argon arc welding gloves (TIG). This type of welding has less spatter, but high temperature, strong radiation, and relatively thin welding wires. Therefore, these gloves have a good hand feel, are relatively thin, and will not be too long.
Ordinary manual welding gloves, also known as manual welding, refer to the welding process where a pair of pliers are commonly used to hold the welding rod. This type of welding has a lot of high-temperature spatter. So the gloves used are mostly double layered by Gary. The length is also above 34CM.
matters needing attention
Pay attention to the following points when using gloves:
1. Select gloves suitable for different workplaces according to the above table. The size of the gloves should be appropriate. If the gloves are too tight, it can restrict blood circulation, easily cause fatigue, and be uncomfortable; If it is too loose, it is not flexible to use and is easy to fall off.
2. The gloves used should have sufficient protective effects, for example, in environments where steel wire anti cutting gloves should be used, synthetic yarn anti cutting gloves cannot be used. To ensure its protective function, gloves must be replaced regularly. If the usage period is exceeded, it may cause harm to hands or skin.
3. Check the gloves at any time to see if there are any small holes, damages, or abrasions, especially between the fingers. For welding gloves, the inflation method can be used for inspection.
4. Pay attention to the usage of gloves. If a pair of gloves is used in different places, it may greatly reduce the service life of the gloves.
5. Pay attention to safety during use and do not dispose of contaminated gloves to avoid causing harm to others. Temporarily unused gloves should be placed in a safe place.
