Description
The iButton LED sensor provides the electrical contact needed to transfer data to and from the DS19xx family of iButtons.

The round shape of the probe provides a self-leveling interface that easily matches the round frame of the microcan iButton parcel. Durable metal contacts resist wear and are easy to clean.

The probe has no moving parts, making it a rugged interface for harsh environments. Round center contact electrode contact key house LED that is rated at a maximum of 20mA DC at a temperature not exceeding 2.7 V typical.

The probe comes with a brass nut for attaching the panel. Since the probe housing also forms a ground contact, the panel must be made of non-conductive material to avoid grounding the hinges. The 30 cm cable with connector provides easy connection to the system microcontroller.
