LED

Charging LED: Indicates charging status.
Battery level percentage: Displays remaining power at 25/50/75/100%.
Output LED: Indicates power output status.
When the battery level drops below 5%, the protection program is activated to cut off the power output and wait for charging. The power output will be automatically resumed without manual intervention when the battery is charged to 55%. It features 24/7 cyclic operation.

SIZE：

Completely automatic, no need to operate.

1. When the power is lower than 10%, the solar panel stops outputting power.
2、When the battery power is more than 90%, the solar panel will automatically turn on the output power.
Completely automatic, no need to operate.

Installation Precautions

1、Choose a mounting location with greater than 5 hours of sunshine to ensure that he charges faster than the router's consumption rate to ensure that it works all the time.
2, Clean the solar panel every month to make him charge faster.

Sunlight Detection

1. The system realizes intelligent sunlight detection. When sunlight is sufficient, the solar panel directly supplies power to your device and charges the battery simultaneously.
2. In cloudy or rainy weather, the solar panel charges the battery with low current, while the battery provides power to your device.
3、When no power is available from the panel during nighttime, the system automatically switches to battery power to supply the device.

Ensure adequate sunlight hours.

The solar panel cable length is 2M, you can install the panel outdoors and the router indoors. The solar panels are kept working 7X24 hours and must ensure sufficient sunlight hours, not less than 6 hours of sunlight per day. Please clean the dust on the solar panel regularly.

MPPT：Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) ensures that the charging power remains unchanged when sunlight varies, effectively improving charging efficiency.
intelligently switch output sources：When sunlight intensity is high, the power supplied to the device comes from the solar panel; when sunlight intensity is low, the power supplied to the device comes from the battery, which fully ensures the device can work for a long time.
Replaceable battery：It is equipped with 6 PCS of 18650 battery slots, and the batteries can be replaced by the user themselves.
Cost：Our solar panel has a total weight of approximately 1.2 kg. It is lightweight and has sufficient power, which effectively reduces various costs such as shipping fees.
Ease of installation：It is lightweight and easy to install; if you need to install it at a relatively high location, only one person is required.

Step 1: Obtain the Actual Power of the Device
Actual Power = Rated Power on the Label × 0.3 - 0.5
For example, a router labeled "12V 1A" has a rated power of 12W. Its actual power is 12W × 0.3 = 3.6W, meaning it can operate with a 3.6W power supply.

Step 2: Determine the Total Daily Power Generation of the Solar Panel
Total Daily Power Generation = Power of the Solar Panel × 4 Hours
For example, a 25W solar panel has a total daily power generation of 25W × 4 Hours = 100Wh. This calculation is based on the global average sunshine duration of 4 hours per day.

Step 3: Configuration Instructions
The total daily power generated by the solar panel must be greater than the total daily power consumed by your device.
For example, a 25W solar panel generates 100Wh of power per day. A router consumes 3.6W of power, so its total daily power consumption is 3.6W × 24 Hours = 86.4Wh. Since 100Wh > 86.4Wh, the solar panel can support the router to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Step 4: Instructions on the Battery
The total capacity of the battery is only related to the operating duration of your device on cloudy/rainy days or at night.
For example, installing 6 pieces of batteries instead of 4 pieces will allow your device to operate for a longer period.
