8. Do not exceed the top of your head when working to avoid losing your balance and danger (Figure 5).

9. It is forbidden to cross directly from one side of the ladder to the other (Figure 6).

What preparations should be made before using the ladder?

1. Ensure that all rivets, bolts, nuts and movable parts are tightly connected, the ladder and steps are firm and reliable, the extension spring, and the hinge are in good working condition

2. Keep the ladder clean and free of grease, grease, wet paint, mud, snow and other slippery substances

3. Keep the operator's shoes clean and prohibit wearing leather-soled shoes

Maintenance and repair of ladders

1. Regularly clean the ladder to avoid certain chemicals from corroding the surface of the ladder. Regularly check the connection parts and add lubricating oil if necessary
