Measure Tube Outer Diameter
: Use a vernier caliper to measure the outer wall of your tube.
Select Correct Size
: Choose the nut plug matching your tube's outer diameter.
Adjust if Needed
: If the size is slightly large, gently tap it into place or trim the blades with pliers.
Install
: Align the plug with the tube opening and push firmly until fully seated.
Note: The flexible blades can bend to fit tubes with 0.5-2mm wall thickness. For thicker walls within the applicable range, trim the blades before installation.
