Description

This injector tester tool kit is made of premium materials for excellent durability. The tool set is capable of completing the correct injector opening pressure test, leakage test, etc. It has the advantages of stable performance, reasonable structure, flexible operation, and easy connection. The complete accessories can effectively save your costs and let you start the inspection work quickly. It is your indispensable multifunctional tool.

Key Features

Made to Last: Premium metal, alloy, nylon, and plastic with injection molding and machine processing processes make this product resistant to abrasion, impact, and corrosion, ensuring excellent durability.

Superior Tests Ability: This product uses a precision dual scale gauge with a measuring range of 0-60mpa and a maximum test pressure of up to 40mpa. The kit is ideal for checking automotive diesel injectors as it is capable of completing correct injector opening pressure tests, leakage tests, chattering tests, spray pattern checks, and atomization.

Thoughtful Oil Cup: The clear cup can hold 0.26Gal of fuel, which is not only convenient for you to observe the change of fuel level in real time but also reduces the trouble of adding fuel frequently. Equipped with a filter to effectively remove impurities, it contributes to the accuracy and stability of the test.

Simple Operation: You need to press the lever after filling the oil to remove the air in the tester, then connect your oil pipe, then press the lever again, connect the injector nozzle to the tube, and start the test.

Good Portability: The compact(9.65*7.48*4.13in, 16.54*14.96in ) design of the testers makes it easy to carry. It can meet the repairman's requirements for simple test devices and improve work efficiency.

Easy to Assemble: Simple construction, complete accessories, and detailed English instructions make it possible for you to assemble and start using it in a short time.

Protective Package: To prevent the product from being damaged during transportation, we packed it with foam and sponge to protect your products to the maximum extent possible.

Multi-function Panel: The clear display and easy-to-operate knobs and buttons allow you to adjust pulse width, frequency, and select multiple different modes.

Flower-shaped Knob: It prevents the pressure gauge from vibrating violently due to intense pressurization and protects the gauge.

Non-slip Feet: Four non-slip feet at the bottom make the product fit the ground well, so it is stable and safe to use while preventing the countertop from being scratched.

Long Power Cord: The 4.92 ft long and thick power cord reduces usage restrictions and further protects your safety.

Application
This product is widely used for the calibration of fuel injectors for automobiles, tractors, and diesel engines. It can be used to inspect and measure the opening pressure of injection, atomization quality, injection angle, and needle valve sealing of diesel injector assembly.

Notes
1.Please check the size carefully before ordering.
2.Before first use, please rinse the tester.
3.Please note that with CRC you can measure common rail injectors and S60H alone can measure common mechanical injectors. Please note that CR-C is not suitable for piezo injectors.
4.Please read the product manual carefully and pay attention to the safety matters in it.
5.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and the 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
