Notes

1.Before running the concrete vibrator, you should check whether the power cord connection is correct and put on insulated gloves (not included). After the power is turned on, if the concrete vibrator does not produce vibration, you can generally knock the end of the concrete vibrating rod to the ground, and after the vibrator makes a smooth and powerful chirping sound, you can carry out the pounding operation.
2.When a vibrating rod works, it should be inserted vertically or inclined into the soil, pounding vibration after some time can be. The vibration of the vibrating rod should be up and down pumping. The vibrating rod should not be bent more than 60°.
3.After working continuously for half an hour, the vibrating rod should stop for a while to prevent the machinery from heating too much and damaging the machine parts.
4.After using it for some time, the vibrating rod should be checked to see if the threaded connection of the rod head is loose to prevent the mortar water from penetrating the rod, causing the vibrating rod not to vibrate.
5.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.

Key Features

Excellent Materials: The shell material is made of high-grade nylon with high strength to resist abrasion and impact. The vibrating rod is made of steel wire and rubber materials, which is not easy to wear and break even after a long time of vibration.

High Efficiency: The high power (1300W) pure copper motor can make the product rotate with a high speed of 4300 rpm so that the concrete mixing can be done efficiently in a shorter period, thus saving you time, ensuring a high degree of homogeneity of the concrete and obtaining a smooth and even surface.

Good Performance: It removes air bubbles from the concrete and improves the density of the concrete while ensuring that the concrete is poured evenly over the reinforcing steel skeleton, thereby increasing the strength of the entire building.

Easy to Operate: Ergonomic handle design allows for better grip and control. The locking switch allows the machine to run for a long time, reducing work intensity and relieving finger fatigue.

Lightweight and Compact: It is lightweight and compact and allows you to easily carry it to the workplace.
