SMD welding technology is one of the essential technologies in the field of modern electronic component production and maintenance, and our 858D powerful hot air rework station with a hot air gun, 3 hot air nozzles, and power supply is an ideal choice. It features precise control, simple operation, an LED digital display, high quality, stable performance, and powerful accessories, bringing you a professional soldering experience.

Key Features

High-quality Material: The steel housing makes it anti-impact, high-temperature-resistant, and can be used for a long time.

Premium Hot Air Gun: Soft air design allows for hot-sensitive SMD work or reflow soldering, and the surrounding plastic parts will not be deformed. The inner overheat protector protects the SMD components and hot air gun from high temperatures (212~932°F) )damaging and makes the device handle a variety of tasks.

Adjustable Design: You can adjust the air speed in 1-8 gears by rotating the adjustment knob and adjust the temperature by pressing the white buttons to meet different needs.

Fast Heating: The PID temperature control technology quickly detects&corrects the actual temperature and maintains a rapid heat temperature rising within 3-5s, making the temperature compensation fast with small error(33.8°F), ensuring efficient work, and bringing you a better soldering experience.

Stable Performance: With the superior high-power transformer that adopts thickened wires and high-quality silicon steel sheets, this machine has stable output performance. Additionally, the advanced microcomputer processors and SMD technology allow for more consistent use.

Strong Air Volume: It adopts a brushlessturbine fan with a PTC ceramic heating core and 31.7GPM air volume, making the heating and cooling process faster and more efficient. The spiral air outlet allows for soft&even air-out and even heating.

Intelligent Temperature Memory: Return to the working mode, turn on the hot air station, and pick up the hot air gun, and you can work directly without selecting the appropriate working temperature again.

Built-in Angle Sensor: The built-in induction switch of the hot air gun allows for automatically entering a standby mode when the air outlet is facing up and rapid reheating when it is facing down.

Efficient Heat Dissipation: The heat-sink holes on the machine ensure the heat during operation can be discharged at a faster speed to protect the motor from being burned out due to long-term use.

Simple Operation: The large LED microcomputer digital display clearly shows temperature information, along with the easy-to-control knob, switch button, convenient plug, complete accessories, and an English manual, so that you can easily operate the machine.

Compact and Lightweight: It's compact(6*3.78*5.4 inches) and lightweight(3.5 lbs), so you can put this machine in any small corner without occupying too much space and carry it anywhere with less effort.

Easy to Clean: The black steel housing and smooth surface allow for easy cleaning with a soft cloth.

Details

Ergonomic Handle: Theflame retardant handle of the hot air gun will give you a comfortable grip, reduce the chance of slipping&dropping, provide insulation, and reduce hand fatigue.

Three Air Nozzles: The 3 equipped air nozzles(0.2"/0.3"/0.4" in diameter) allow for convenient replacement, ensure wider usage, and save you money without additional purchase.

Anti-skid Foot Mats: The anti-skid foot mats effectively make the machine stable without easily slipping and avoid scratching the countertop.

Detachable Connector: The detachable hot air gun handle connector on the machine allows for easy and convenient replacement of the handle.

Air Gun Holder: It guarantees easy placement of the hot air gun when not in use, making your countertop neater.

Application

It is suitable for soldering or desoldering SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA, and other temperature-sensitive components. It is an essential tool for thermal shrinking, thawing, reheating, cell phone repair, laptop repair, professional repair, chip removal, cellphone repair, SMD repair, desoldering work, small electronic appliances modification, or circuit board soldering, and a must-have for DIY lovers and weekend professionals.

Notes
1.This package does not include the soldering iron.
2.Please try not to use a small diameter nozzle for the hot air gun of the brushless air model. It is recommended to use the equipped nozzles for dismantling and soldering operations.
3.Please make sure to have all recommended safety gear assembled, such as goggles and work gloves. It is advisable to wear close-fitting long sleeve shirts and pants to protect your limbs. (They are not included in this package.) Please turn off the machine and wait until all the parts are cool to switch the nozzles.
4.Please plug in the handle plug before starting the machine. There is smoke and smell after the first use, which is normal. The handle is gravity sensing, working downward and sleeping upward.
5.Please use a professional thermometer with an external thermocouple for digital temperature calibration.
6.When you pick up the hot-air gun, the hot-air gun will heat immediately.
7.The equipment will generate heat during use. Please pay attention to heat dissipation and ventilation during use, and keep this machine away from high temperatures, humidity, inflammable, and explosives. It should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated area at all times. Please do not block the cooling holes with foreign objects to affect heat dissipation.
8.Please clean the nozzles and heating element periodically for ultimate performance. Please be extremely careful when cleaning them in a high-temperature setting.
