Fertilizer Injector Pump 0.4-4% Proportional Pump Fertilizer 25mm Dispenser Iron 20-2500l/H Fertilizer Distributor for Irrigation

Description

Our state-of-the-art fertilizer injector is meticulously designed to facilitate the precise administration of nutrients, ensuring a symphony of growth enhancement harmoniously integrated with an efficacious drip irrigation system. This sophisticated apparatus not only optimizes plant nourishment but also champions water conservation, thereby cultivating a vibrant fusion of horticultural excellence and environmental sustainability.

Application

The product is mainly used in the horticultural industry for fertilization, storage, and pest control of flowers, fruits, and vegetables; Animal husbandry industry: fixed-ratio dosing for health care of livestock and poultry such as chickens/ducks/cows/pigs; Industrial sector: water treatment, chemical industry, metal processing, fire protection and other industries; Specific dilution of special solvents such as deodorization/cooling/lubrication; Car washing, printing, hospitals, liquor industry, and other industries.

How to Use the Air Vent Valve

After installation, open the water inlet valve slightly, then press the air vent valve to evacuate air. When a continuous flow of water overflows the air vent valve, release the air vent valve.

Installation and Fixation of the Product

1. The inlet and outlet of the product must be in line with the inlet and outlet of the main pipe.

2. The product must be installed in such a way that the product is on top and the liquid intake conduit is on the bottom.

3. Attach the product to the wall or to another fixture.

4. Install the water inlet and outlet of the product in the direction of water flow to ensure a tight seal.

5. Install a 100-120 mesh strainer (not included) between the water valve and the inlet of the product.

6. Close the side branch valves of the product and open the valves on both sides of the product when dosing is required.

7. When the product starts to work, you will hear a clicking sound, then press the bleeder valve on the top of the product, when there is a small amount of water flow out of the time to release to ensure that the normal work of the product.

How to Adjust Ration

1. Loosen the screws and take the U-shaped adjustment lock from the upper part of the product.

2. Preset the ratio of liquid additive to water according to the percentage of water scale on the doser: (Counterclockwise adjustment is to increase the specific gravity of liquid additive, clockwise adjustment is to decrease the specific gravity of liquid additive.) The percentage of the doser is calculated based on the doser water output of 100.

3. Turn the regulator until the hole on the U-shaped regulator is inserted into the groove of the product.

4. Firmly press the U-adjustment lock into the slot on the doser until they snap into each other.

Key Features
Build to Last: It is made of high-quality engineering plastic, which is rust-resistant and sturdy, so it has a long service life.

High Efficiency: With a flow range of up to 5.28-660.43Gal/H and a working water pressure of 2.84-42.67PSI, it meets your drip irrigation needs and provides you with excellent drip irrigation efficiency.

Thoughtful Design: It adopts reciprocating dynamic sealing technology, dosage pump precision is higher, and the unique cylinder and piston movement area design ensures that the liquid mixing is more uniform and effective.

Economical and Practical: It takes the flowing pressure water as the driving force, drives the piston and connecting rod in the doser, inhales the liquid additives directly and dissolves them in the water flow, and inhales the additives in the bottom container evenly into the water flow through the conduit and carries out up and down movement repeatedly, so as to achieve the effect of adding the additives evenly and continuously into the flowing water.

Environmentally Friendly: This product helps reduce the overuse of fertilizers, lower the risk of contamination of groundwater and soil, and is consistent with sustainable agricultural practices.
