Key Features

Build to Last: Premium metal, copper, rubber, and painting process make the product solid and durable, so it can keep beautiful and practical for a long time.

High Efficiency: The 120W pure copper motor with low energy consumption and less noise and a stable structure can provide strong power for your vibration work and quickly mix gypsum to evenly distribute it, thus providing patients with better services.

Adjustable Design: Through the corresponding knob, you can freely adjust the gear (two gears) and steplessly adjust speed to eliminate the foam of plaster model grouting and copy rubber packaging agar.

Good Performance: This product can improve the fluidity and viscosity of gypsum, making it easier to pour into the mold, extending the storage time of gypsum, reducing its deterioration and solidification, and maintaining the granular state of gypsum. It can also save time and labor, reduce problems such as uneven labor or excessive mixing, reduce gypsum waste, and avoid the problem of model quality degradation caused by gypsum loss.

Simple Installation and Operation: You can use it directly without the need for installation. The simple structure, large work platform(8.15*4.13inch), maximum load of 4.41lbs, and convenient buttons with marks allow you to master it in a short period of time.

Strong Stability: The horizontal design and four anti-slip and elastic rubber foot pads keep the center of gravity at the bottom, so this item can maintain the stability of the product during oscillation, avoid displacement, and ensure smoother operation.

Effortless Cleaning: The smooth surface and removable base and top allow you easily clean the dust and debris with a soft towel and water.

Friendly Design: This product is electrically driven, which can reduce gasoline consumption and environmental pollution to a certain extent, and also save you costs.

Compact and Lightweight: A small size of 8.15*4.13*3.7inches and a net weight of 8.64 lbs let you easily store and take it to any workplace.

Protective Packaging: The foam can better protect the product during transportation so that it can be delivered to you completely.

Details
Round Corners: The arc design can effectively care for your skin compared with the traditional square corners.

Long Power Cord: This cord reduces usage restrictions and further protects your safety.

Protective Baffle: The protective baffle on the top can effectively reduce the sliding of items during vibration.

How to Use
1.Before powering on, set the strong/weak switch to the middle position “O”.
2.After turning on the power, press the power switch (the power indicator light is on), choose strong vibration or low vibration, and place the gypsum model that needs to be shaken on the vibration disk.
3.Turn on the adjustment knob, adjust clockwise to increase vibration intensity, and counterclockwise to decrease vibration intensity.
4.After the model oscillation is completed, turn off the knob to stop vibration and remove the model for use.

Notes
1.Please note that the model is not included in the packaging.
2.Please place the item on a flat surface. When adjusting the density, it should be adjusted in small amplitudes, slowly from small to large or from large to small
3.Please note that the power supply used for the oscillator should be reliably grounded. Please cut off the power and scrub the surface of the body in time after use to prolong the service life.
4.When the vibration noise suddenly increases during work, accompanied by abnormal sounds, it may be due to abnormal clearance between the vibration platform and the transformer. You need to cut off the power supply, peel off the rubber platform, turn the device upside down, and use a cross screwdriver to remove four M6 screws to separate the vibration platform from the body. Then check each of the four vibration columns for looseness or improper height. It is advisable to adjust the height to 68mm/2.68 inch, keeping the height of the four columns consistent and locking them tightly. (Adjusting tool: 10mm/0.39 inch opposite hexagonal socket wrench).
5.Please pay attention to electrical safety, take personal protective measures, and keep the product away from children.
6.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
