20K 1Phase Adjustable Speed Gear Motor Copper w/Speed Governor Infinitely Adjustable Speed 220V 40W

Description

The gear motor's housing is made of high-quality aluminum alloy and adopts a copper coil, which is strong, durable, and has a long service life. The motor comes with a speed reducer to better control its speed within a proper range of 0-68rpm, allowing you to infinitely adjust the speed by the speed governor and making this product more convenient for you to use.

Key Features

High-quality Materials: The housing of this product is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, which is strong, durable, wear-resistant, anti-shock, high-temperature resistant, and can protect the internal parts well. The coil inside is made of copper, which has good conductivity and can dissipate heat well.

High Efficiency: The motor has a maximum rated speed of 1400rpm and a maximum output speed of 68rpm, which is fast enough and can save you much time.

Stable Operation: The ball bearings are equipped on both ends of the rotor of the motor, which makes the motor run with low friction and produces low temperature, giving you a more stable operation.

Infinitely Adjustable Speed: The motor comes with a speed reducer to better control its speed within a proper range of 0-68rpm, allowing you to infinitely adjust the speed by the speed governor.

Exquisite Workmanship: The terminal block of the speed governor is machine-welded, which is more delicate and less prone to dummy welding and desoldering than manual welding. This can extend the service life of this product.

Complete Kit: This product is complete in the package, including a motor, a speed governor, and an English manual, which is convenient for you to use.

Low Noise: The noise of this product is only 40db when in use, which can create a quiet working environment for you.

Guaranteed Customer Service: We aim to provide quality products and services. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us. We will reply and solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Details

Indicator Light: The indicator light on the speed governor will light up when the product is working, which is convenient for you to better understand the usage status of the product.

Speed Control Knob: There is a speed knob on the speed governor. You can control the speed of the motor by gently twisting it. Moreover, there is a speed scale to facilitate you to adjust it to the right speed.

Alloy Steel Gears: This motor uses thickened alloy steel gears for precision and high torque, which can extend the service life of the product.

Wiring Port: The port can make it easy for you to switch between positive and negative wires and easily achieve positive and negative rotation.
