Hydraulic Cable Crimper Cutter 16-500mm² Wire Crimping Tool Plier 15Ton Tool

Description

This split hydraulic clamp is made of high-quality steel, which is strong, durable, and not easy to deform. It has a load weight of 15T and you can press the pump handle to jack up heavier items easily. Its comfortable handle is very labor-saving and convenient to use, which is a good helper when you work. In addition, we provide you with crimping dies of different models, which can meet your work needs.

Key Features

Build to Last: The hydraulic pump adopts steel tubes with paint spraying treatment, which is not easy to rust. Made of high-quality 45 steel with blackening heat treatment, this hydraulic clamp is high-strength and long-lasting.

High Stability: The support feet on both sides of the pump can make it more stable without shaking when using it.

Powerful Manual Hydraulic Pump:The pump can be used with punching/cutting/bending machines, hydraulic puller, flange expander, split ram, hydraulic cylinder jacks, hydraulic punchers, and other separate hydraulic equipment. Moreover, it can be used with manual non-power crimping copper and aluminum nose, or with an electric pump to improve efficiency.

Good Crimping Effect: The hydraulic clamp adopts a hexagonal confining pressure form, which can achieve a good crimping effect.

Multiple Dies: You can select the crimping die (16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95, 120, 150, 185, 240, 300, 400, 500mm²) reasonably according to the wire specification. And you can store them well in the iron box.

Easy to Use: Connect the joint of the manual pump to the hydraulic clamp, then select the position, and tighten the drain screw of the hydraulic pump to work.

Easy to Carry&Store: The hydraulic pump&clamp feature a smaller size and greater working capacity, along with the handle design, making it portable, flexible, and easy to store.

Easy to Clean: Because of the paint-spraying surface and dustproof cap, you can wipe the dirt from this pump with a wet cloth.

Buy with Confidence:We have been working hard to provide better service and quality for our customers, which is our goal. If there is any problem with our products, please contact us in time.

Details

Comfortable Handle: The non-slip handle of the pump provides a comfortable grip and is labor-saving to use. The round handle on the clamp allows for easy carry.

C-type Open Crimping Head: The C-type open crimping head is convenient for mold replacement and terminal placement&removal. And fixing nuts can make it more stable.

Standard Connector: The ZG3/8 threaded connector allows for an easy and tight connection without leakage.

Anti-dust Cap: The dustproof cap can reduce pollution, thus extending the service life of the hydraulic clamp.

Application

It is often used in power, chemical, steel, bridges, and other industries. It is suitable for railway vehicle maintenance, mechanical installation, construction engineering support, etc. It is suitable for vertical and horizontal directions, but can not be tilted or inverted.
