Application

It applies to the charge-discharge capacitance test of all kinds of batteries, the discharge test of mobile power supplies, and the performance test of charging head power supply. It supports the connection of computers and has more expansion functions through online software.

How to Use

1.Turn on the machine without clamping the battery.
2.Clamp the battery correctly, press the setting knob to enter the setting page, and exit after setting all parameters correctly.
3.Turn the setting button to switch to the required working mode, press the start/stop button to enter the working state, and press it again to pause.
4.Wait for the end of the test (alarm prompt), and the result page will pop up. Each time you press the start button, you can switch to view the test results of each time.
5.The second battery can be tested only after the test results are recorded manually.

Key Features

Premium Material: This battery capacity tester is made of high-quality iron with paint spraying treatment, making it strong and durable.

Automatic Charging&Discharge: The charging method is standard charging and it supports nickel hydrogen, nickel-chromium, lithium, iron lithium, and lead acid. It also supports automatic charging-discharge-charging mode for testing battery capacity.

Efficient Heat Dissipation: This machine adopts a double-side fence heat dissipation design and a built-in cooling fan with a temperature sensor, allowing for a good heat dissipation effect and extending its service life.

Safety Protection: There are various safety protections such as over-voltage protection, overheat protection, over-current protection, and anti-reverse connection protection, ensuring your safe use of this machine.

High Accuracy: The LCD shows voltage, current, capacity, time, power, and energy test data, along with four-wire detection that adopts separate wiring of voltage and current channels, ensuring measurement accuracy.

Multiple Functions: We provide you with a dedicated USB to TTL serial port (Mini USB interface, non-ordinary USB cable). It supports computer control, curve drawing, calibration benchmark test, firmware upgrade, cycle charge, and discharge.

Easy to Clean: Because of its metal material, you can wipe the dirt from this machine with a wet cloth.

Compact Size: The compact size(13.78*9.05*7.48 inches) means this machine won't occupy your space, so you can put it in any small corner.

Simple Operation: With an on/off button, switch, clear marks, setting knob, and a manual for your reference, you can have a simple operation.

Notes

1.The tester has built-in 24V power module.
2.A+ V+ is connected to the positive battery. A- V-is connected to the negative battery.
3.The charge cut-off voltage/charge current and discharge cut-off voltage/discharge current must be set correctly.
4.You can pause during the test, but you can't power off or disconnect the battery or switch the working mode, otherwise, the data will be cleared. To perform any operation during the test, you must first press the pause key.
5.It will record and overwrite the last data when working for more than 2 minutes.
6.If the battery core is seriously heated or the voltage rises/drops rapidly, it means that the current is too high or the clamp is in poor contact with the battery, or the internal resistance of the battery core is too high to be scrapped.
7.It is forbidden to test batteries that are not rechargeable or have zero voltage or damaged drums.
8.The radiator surface has a high temperature and is connected to the positive pole of the battery. Short circuits and touch are prohibited.
9.After the test, please remove the battery in time to avoid slow discharge of the battery into the machine.
10.Please carry out the test in an open environment without high-temperature flammable and explosive valuables around.
11.Please use the socket with good grounding (otherwise there may be leakage risk or slight induction).
12.Please do not disassemble the machine without authorization.
13.Please read the Chinese&English manual carefully before using it.
14.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
