This planer and jointer knife setting jig makes it easy to install and set planer and jointer knives quickly and accurately.

The jig uses powerful magnets to hold planer or jointer knives in perfect position, leaving both hands free while you tighten the wedge nuts.

Our magnetic setting jig for planer knives also allows you to move notched knives while maintaining an accuracy of +/- 0.15mm over the length of your knife. Sets planer knives from 4 in. to 24 in. long on any conventional cutterhead that measures 2.5 in.
