220V Electric Grain Mill Barley Grinder Wet / Dry Malt Crusher Grain HomeBrew Mill Stainless Steel 60W 75RPM

Description
The DY368 grain mill is a sturdy mill with an aluminum hopper that can hold up to 4L of grains at one time, and it's easy to build your own hopper extension if you need to fit more than this in the hopper. It features an alloy block frame that houses two rollers on stainless steel real ball bearing instead of oil-impregnated bronze bushings. The drive shaft and all axles are integral to the roller, which makes it possible to drive the mill clockwise or counter-clockwise. Stainless knurled knobs allow a gap spacing adjustment range of 2.5mm. Adjusting is simple - just loosen the adjustment screws, adjust the gap and tighten the adjustment screws.
① As a consistent, precise crush is also vital for making the best beer possible, the roller is the most important part in the consistent crush. The DY368 roller is using food grade stainless steel, which has molybdenum added to its alloy content during production. Molybdenum provides an very high degree of corrosion resistance. This is an advantage for objects that require resistance to extreme environmental conditions such as salt water, de-icing salts, brine solutions, or other chemical forms of chemical exposure. Stainless steel excels in resistance to acids, bromides, and iodides at high temperature. It is durable, easy-to-fabricate, clean, weld and finish.
② We are using real bearing for the roller instead of brass bushings. Real ball bearings not only make the lifetime of the mill longer also make the whole grinding process more efficient.
③ This high quality, precision-machined DY368 mill is easy to set up and use. Just using a 60w gear motor at 75 RPM gives you a crush rate of 20kg(44 pounds) per hour making the big grain bills fast and easy.
④ The DY368 grain mill is perfect for large batches and high efficiency milling.
Using Guide:
① Clean it with water before using.
② No need to coat vegetable oil on the surface of rollers during production process.
