Wall Chaser Slotted Milling Machine 2700 W, Concrete Cutting Machine with 5 Saw Blades and Water Pump

Description

Electric Wall Groove Cutting Machine
The 4800W all-copper motor with a maximum speed of 6200rpm and a reinforced high hardness diamond alloy blade, which can easily cut concrete walls, black heart red bricks, cinder blocks, steel bars, and other super hard walls, bringing more convenience. The interface allows the connection of an external vacuum cleaner (not included), which, together with the equipped pump, enables dust-free operation and protects the user's health while reducing the environmental pollution.

Key Features
Durable and Sturdy: Made of high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy and nylon material, which effectively prevents rust and corrosion and gives it a longer service life.

Excellent Performance: This machine is equipped with a 4800W all-copper motor that spins at up to 6200rpm, providing powerful grooving power. In addition, the machine is equipped with reinforced, high-hardness diamond alloy blades that are heat resistant, sharp, and durable to cut hard objects with ease.

Adjustable Depth and Width: You can adjust the base plate to adjust the depth of the cut as well as change the number of blades according to different needs as a way to adjust the width of the cut.

360° Grooving: The dust-proof protective cover is also removable, allowing for 360° dead-angle-free cutting at will to meet your various practical cutting needs. With strong power and sharp blades it can do easy one-time grooving anywhere on the wall, without you having to do secondary processing!

Two-stage Deceleration Design: It uses two different sets of gears for deceleration to reduce the speed of the high-speed active shaft to the desired output speed. Compared with single-stage reduction, it has a higher reduction ratio, larger torque output, and better stability, which is suitable for high load and heavy-duty working conditions, improving transmission efficiency and service life. It also reduces the size and weight of gears, reduces noise and vibration, and improves reliability and operating accuracy.

Precise Grooving: It uses infrared sighting to reduce work errors and improve efficiency so that your cutting can be done in one go.

Working Healthily: The equipped water pump can be used to achieve dust atomization, and the 9.8ft hose can also connect to a vacuum cleaner(not included) to realize dust-free work and protect the user's health.

Humanized Handle: Its front handle can be rotated 180°, you can adjust it according to your specific needs. The rear handle can be rotated 90° to match the different slotted directions and make it easier to hold the machine and operate it with less effort.

Efficient Heat Dissipation: It is designed with a grille heat dissipation port under the body, which can quickly dissipate heat and extend the service life of the machine.

Considerate Design: It comes with a leakage protector and a lock switch to avoid long-time press and hand soreness. In addition, its head has a waterproof design, which can avoid water from entering the machine and effectively protect the motor and circuit.

Energy Saving and Environmental Protection: It adopts the integrated design of water and electricity, which does not need to use fuel or other energy sources, to achieve the effect of energy saving and environmental protection.

Protective Shipping: It is shipped in a neutral cardboard box on the outside, which protects the shipping throughout and allows the product to be delivered to you safely. It is also equipped with its own carrying case to store all accessories and facilitate your daily use.

Details
Anti-slip Design: It has an anti-slip handle to prevent the machine from accidentally slipping during operation, providing you with a smoother and safer cutting environment.

Powerful Water Pump: It is paired with a powerful water pump, which can supply water quickly and improve your cutting efficiency.

External Carbon Brush: It has an external carbon brush that is convenient for you to replace regularly by yourself.

Parallel Gear Drive: With parallel gear drive, the cutter rotates more smoothly, with more torque and higher efficiency. It will not hit the cog, and it is more comfortable to use.

9.8ft Power Cord: The 9.8ft power cord allows you to connect power more flexibly and conveniently.

Application
This product is suitable for many occasions such as building construction, decoration, demolition, etc. It can be used to cut super hard walls such as concrete poured walls, black heart red bricks, cinder blocks, steel bars, etc. It is also suitable for electricians, plumbers, and other construction workers.
