How to Install

1. Assemble a good machine, place it on a sturdy platform and adjust the four legs of the machine so that the table is placed horizontally.

2. Verify that your computer has a USB port and a 25-pin original parallel interface.

3. Place the control box on a dry, ventilated, sturdy platform protected from heat and dust.

4. Connect the control box with the 25-pin parallel interface to the computer and lock it to prevent disconnection.

5. Connect the mainframe and control box wiring, X, Y, Z, A, z axes and the spindle motor with the correct cable must not be vacant, otherwise it will damage the control box drive unit.

6. Install the spindle motor and cooling pump piping, the pump can be placed underwater, then the pump is energized to check if the water circulation and cooling system is running properly.

7. Mach3 correctly installs or EMC2 software to your computer.

8. Check the wiring connection, water circulation and confirm before powering on the machine for test.
