Q: Can this security camera be used outdoors/indoors?

A: This camera can only be used outdoors; it is designed for outdoor use.

Q: In what way can I view surveillance video or footage?

A: We have developed our own independently branded APP “ieGeek Cam” (the camera is still available for “CloudEdge” “the app)

Q: What is the capacity of Micro SD card I can use?

A: The camera supports micro SD card (up to 128GB) storage and cloud storage.

Q: Can I play back footage at night or during the day?

A: Yes, if you have a micro SD card in your camcorder, you can play it back. If you do not have an SD card, you can only view what is happening in real time, not record.

Q: How does the camera connect to a network or application?

A: 1. Make sure the camera is turned on (if the device is in sleep mode, click Reactivate).

    2. Try to get as close as possible to your router, cell phone and device to add the device via the app.

    3. Reset the device (press and hold reset for 5 seconds to reset, hear the “giggle” sound, reset successfully), wait for the device    status indicator to flash red (important!). The device status indicator blinks red (important!).

    4. Select the wireless WiFi you want to configure, only 2.4 GHZ WiFi is supported, please make sure the WiFi is good and the password is correctly entered (the password should not be too complicated).

    5. Point the generated QR code at the lens of the device at a distance of about 15-20cm and wait for the device to beep before      connecting.
