60kW 304 Stainless Steel Swimming Pool Heat Exchanger 200kBtu/h Thermostat Circulating Pool Heating

Description
Immerse yourself in the art of luxurious water temperature regulation with this swimming pool heat exchanger, which with its exquisite dimensions, blends smartly into any environment, not only making a statement of taste but also delivering an unprecedented 60kW high-performance experience. The unique reverse port design ensures optimized water flow dynamics, allowing warmth or coolness to be switched on a whim so that every swimming becomes the beginning of enjoyment.

Key Features
Rugged and Durable: It is made of SS 304 stainless steel, which is repeatedly polished and sanded to resist rust and provide a long service life, ideal for chlorinated or saltwater pools and spas.

High Efficiency: Its 60kW power provides you with 55 GPM of pool water flow and 6.6 GPM of hot water flow and keeps the pool water and boiler water separate, efficiently transferring heat between the two organizations.

Fast Heating: This product provides a heat output of 200K Btu/H based on a temperature difference of 140°F (60°C) between the incoming water and the hot water, providing immediate heating without waiting.

Energy Saving: The ingenious bellows design ensures high-speed operation inside the unit, maximizing the use of solar or boiler energy and improving the overall thermal efficiency of the system. In addition, the purely physical operation, without the need to be connected to a power source, makes it a very reliable, efficient, and economical way of doing things.

Healthy and Hygienic: The non-storage design ensures two separate channels for hot and cold fluids, greatly reducing the risk of contaminated water sources.

Flexible Installation: It can be installed vertically or horizontally according to your needs. The compact size of 5*19'' can effectively save installation space.

Easy Cleaning: Thanks to its smooth and non-marking surface, you can easily clean it with a damp cloth.

Customer Service: We aim to provide quality products and services. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us. We will reply and solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Details
Pipeline Heat Dissipation: It can speed up the heat exchange rate and ensure the maximum rate of heat exchange.

Protective Housing: A high-quality 304 stainless steel shield can protect the heating element from direct contact with people or animals, to protect your use of safety.

Reverse Outlet & Inlet: The inlet and outlet are reversed, both on opposite sides, which can optimize water flow dynamics and improve heat transfer efficiency.

Application
It is suitable for swimming pools, spas, hot tub tray heating, outdoor wood stoves, circulating heat, forced air heating, radiant floor heating, snow melting, solar hot water, and more. It can be used with any type of pool water, whether treated or salt water.

Notes
1.Please check the style and size before purchasing.
2.Please read the instruction manual and label completely before installation and use, and pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
3.Please note that the recommended maximum chloride concentration in fresh/clean water below 140°F in the exchanger is 300 mg/L and should be reduced as the water temperature increases. Exceeding the recommended chloride concentration or direct use of the chlorinator may result in stainless steel pitting. Titanium pool heat exchangers are recommended for use in environments with high chloride concentrations or in salt water systems.
4.Please note that the heat exchanger is always installed in a counter flow pattern and should be installed downstream of the filter and pump equipment. It must be auxiliary to the boiler water and take the usual precautions to prevent air locks.
5.People must not be in the water while the heat exchanger is working.
6.Please do not put 2 heat exchangers into a swimming pool at the same time.
7.The product requires a heating circuit to work properly and a thermostat circuit to ensure a continuous thermostatic effect.
8.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
