20 Sheets DTF Transfer Film Paper A4 Double Sided Matte Clear Pretreat PET Heat Transfer Paper

Features:

High-quality products: The product is a high-quality PET film paper with double-sided glossy printing, and after multiple coating treatments, the PET film surface has stronger ink absorption ability, brighter colors, and clearer patterns.

Anti-static treatment: The surface of the material has been specially treated with anti-static function, which can prevent the paper from sticking together when printing in the printer, and can also reduce the stickiness of hot melt adhesive powder (DTF Powder) in subsequent work.

Compatible and easy to identify: DTF transfer film is used in all inkjet printers and modified inkjet printers (ps: some inkjet printer inks cannot adhere to DTF transfers), and various brands of thermal sublimation inks and DTF inks can adhere to the surface of DTF transfer film.

Wide range of applications: customers can easily transfer their favorite pictures to the fabric surface, with no restrictions on the material and color of the fabric.

Easy to operate: you can create, print and cut to the size you want, the pattern does not need to be weeded, pre-processed, and the surface adhesion of the material is treated, the ink can easily adhere to the surface of the material and is not easy to fall off.

High quality and durable: the material is tough and not easy to tear and damage, which can facilitate the customer's subsequent preservation of the transferred pattern.

Differences between glossy film and matte film:

Appearance: There is a slight difference in frosted effect. The appearance of double-sided glossy film and matte film is not much different. Single-sided glossy film and matte are easier to distinguish.

Usage: After the glossy film pattern is ironed, it needs to be completely cooled before the surface pet can be removed, while the matte film can be directly torn off the surface pet after ironing.

Effect: After the glossy film is transferred, the color is bright and has a refractive effect, while the matte surface has different effects depending on the fabric, and the color brightness is slightly worse than the glossy film.

The difference between double-sided and single-sided:

Appearance: both sides of the printing surface of double-sided are frosted and opaque, while the non-printing surface of single-sided is smooth and glossy;

Composition: the front printing surface of double-sided and single-sided is divided into 3 layers, the first layer is coated with a base layer (to ensure the flatness of the printing surface), the second layer is brushed with a release agent (used for the glossy and matte surfaces), and the third layer is an ink-absorbing layer. The main difference between the double-sided and single-sided composition is the back side. The non-printing surface (back side) of the double-sided has a frosted layer, while the single-sided does not.

Use: the double-sided film has a frosted layer on the non-printing surface, and anti-slip and anti-static agents are added to facilitate the single-sheet printing film of A4 A3 size to be fed into the printer for printing, while the single-sided film is difficult to feed flat paper.

Summary of product usage (dtf printer)

1. Select or design a high-definition quality picture and select the pattern mirror printing setting.

2. Print the pattern mirror through a dtf printer loaded with DTF ink.

3. Before the ink on the surface of the material dries, evenly spread the ink on the surface of the material with DTF powder, and remove the excess powder around the pattern.

4. Put the material into the oven and bake the hot melt adhesive powder on the surface of the material to make it level, so as to facilitate subsequent storage and use.

5. Place the processed material face up on a flat and tidy fabric surface, and then use a heat press to iron and transfer it.
