HDS troubleshooting issues can be resolved through this process:

Follow video and check to see if it works properly

Scenario 1: Self-test check is normal, indicating that the problem lies in the software. Follow the installation video or instructions to troubleshoot on your own, and if possible, arrange for remote processing

Scenario 2: If the self-test fails, it indicates a problem with the HDS host.

HDS Issue: Self-test pass,LED light okay stauts, but no communicate with vehicles.

Q: Self-test okay, made the test for HIM interface, and it's OK. When I plug the OBD2 connector, 2 leds blinking, and not communicate with the car. The COM port is COM1, i have tried another USB to RS232 cable, but not communicate.

A: Please check if FTDI driver set up correctly!

I have found the problem! In Windows, the HIM driver was always overwritten by another FTDI chip driver. I had to change the special settings to see which driver I wanted to use, and now it works!
