Communication Interface

The transmitter provides RS485 communication with standard Modbus RTU protocol, ensuring compatibility with PLCs, DCS, and industrial PCs.

Specifications:

RS485 Cabling:

Maximum distance: up to 1200 m at 9600 bps.

For short-distance debugging, ordinary cables are acceptable. For longer runs, use shielded twisted pair cables.

For multi-drop connections, connect a 120Ω termination resistor across A and B at the end of the line.

Indicators & Reset:

P (Power): Always ON when powered.

G (Comm): Blinks during communication (frequency depends on baud rate).

T (TX): Blinks when transmitting.

R (RX): Blinks when receiving.

Reset button: Hold >3s to restore factory defaults (⚠ clears calibration data).
