Industrial Spoke Load Cell Alloy Steel Pressure Sensor High Accuracy Tension Force Measurement

The LF1 spoke load cell (wheel/pancake style) is designed for stable compression force measurement in compact installations. It features a central threaded loading point for bolted fixtures and peripheral mounting holes for easy integration. The sensor outputs a standard 4‑wire Wheatstone bridge signal (2 mV/V), compatible with weighing indicators, amplifiers, transmitters, and PLC/DAQ modules.

This series supports multiple capacity options (per drawing: 30 kg–100 t). Different ranges come with different outer diameters, center threads, and mounting hole patterns, making it suitable for press force monitoring, fixture force measurement, bolt preload testing, load testing rigs, and automation force control applications.
