Input Current:

12-30V Input: Max. 30A

31-60V Input: Max. 25A

Quiescent Current: 15mA (when boosting 12V to 20V; increases slightly with higher output voltage)

Output Voltage: Continuously adjustable 12-90V (Shipped preset to ~19V. Other voltages available upon request. Adjustable by buyer using a multimeter). Fixed 12-90V output available for bulk orders.

Output Current: Max. 20A (Requires enhanced heat dissipation above 15A. Max current decreases as the input-output voltage differential increases).

Constant Current Range: 0.8-20A (+/-0.3A)

Input Reverse Polarity Protection: Yes (150A Power MOSFET)

Low Voltage Protection: Yes (Self-recovering, adjustable 8-50V)

Operating Temperature: -40°C to +85°C (Enhanced heat dissipation required at high ambient temperatures)

Switching Frequency: 150KHz

Conversion Efficiency: 92%-97% (Efficiency depends on input/output voltage, current, and voltage differential. Higher efficiency with smaller differential).

Input Over-Current Protection: Yes (Automatic shutdown if input exceeds 35A, no boost output).

Short Circuit Protection: Yes (Dual protection: Input 30A fuse + electronic protection. Enhanced safety).

Mounting: 4 x 3mm copper standoffs

Termination: Screw terminals (Requires high-current pure copper wiring)

Module Dimensions:

With standoffs & fan: 130mm (L) x 52mm (W) x 84mm (H)

Without standoffs & fan: 130mm (L) x 52mm (W) x 67mm (H)

Module Weight: 490g

Power Output:

Max Power = Input Voltage * Max Input Current

Example @ 12V Input: 12V * 30A = 360W Max

Example @ 24V Input: 24V * 30A = 720W Max

Example @ 36V Input: 36V * 25A = 900W Max

Note: Max input current is 30A for 10-30V input, and 25A for 31-60V input. Therefore, maximum power output increases with input voltage.

Product Features:

Fin-type heatsink design provides excellent heat dissipation, enabling higher output power (Approx. 1800W achievable @ 48V input with fan).

Temperature-controlled hydraulic bearing fan achieves optimal balance between noise and cooling. Fan only operates when temperature reaches ~60°C under load, reducing noise and extending lifespan.

High-grade aluminum oxide insulation plate for power devices, offering 10x the thermal conductivity of standard insulation.

Utilizes 100V 210A TO-247 package power MOSFETs for ample power margin and excellent dynamic response.

Dual large-size Sendust magnetic cores wound with 4 strands of 1.2mm enameled copper wire, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency.

Newly designed circuitry achieves conversion efficiency up to 98.1% (Refer to datasheet efficiency curve).

Branded 3296W multi-turn potentiometers for high adjustment precision and low drift.

Constant current sampling via constantan wire, ensuring stable current regulation and low temperature drift.

Adjustable undervoltage protection effectively safeguards various battery types, including solar batteries.

Integrated constant current function suitable for applications like e-bike voltage boosting and battery charging.

Triple parallel 20A input fuses protect against output short-circuit risks.

Three status LEDs: Undervoltage, Overcurrent, Power Indicator - clear status indication.

High-frequency capacitors on input and output for low ripple, reduced heat, and long lifespan.

Added MLCC ceramic capacitors on input/output significantly reduce output ripple (e.g., ~100mV @ 48V to 72V, 4A).

Default Shipment Settings: Output Voltage ~19V, Current Limit ~30A, Undervoltage Protection ~10.5V. Contact us for factory adjustment to other settings.

Designed For: Lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, solar batteries, or power supply boosting applications such as:

E-bike Voltage Boosting: Increase a 48V battery system to 60V to power an e-bike, enhancing speed and acceleration.

E-bike Charging / Power Bank:

Use a spare 12V/24V battery boosted via this module to charge your e-bike battery (acts as a charging power bank).

Input can also connect to solar panels, wind generators, or other DC sources to charge the e-bike battery, extending range.

Increasing E-bike Speed: Boost the battery voltage to make the e-bike run faster (recommended not to exceed a 10V increase).

Solar Panel Voltage Boosting & Regulation: Stabilize and boost voltage from solar panels.
