Brushless Motor Tester Electro Car E-Bike Scooter Brushless Motor Controller Tester 60°/120° 24V/36V/48V/60V/72V

Product selling points and features:

1. rapid detection of brushless motors good or bad and motor hall phase sequence motor winding

2. Quickly detect the motor and controller phase angle of 60 degrees or 120 degrees

3. Quickly detect the controller's good or bad.

4. Brushless motor and controller fast wiring.

5.Quickly detect the good or bad rotary brake handle.

Product parameters and analysis:

Note:Only need to turn on the power when using Hall detection and turn brake handle detection. Please replace the battery when the signal light is not bright enough.

1.Motor Coil Detection: Connect the three clamps on the motor coil end of the detector to the three thick wires of the motor and rotate the motor, and the three signal lamps will flash in turn, which is normal. If which does not light up, the winding is faulty.

2. Motor Hall detection: the detector on the motor Hall line end to the motor Hall line, slowly rotate the motor, the three signal lamps should be on and off change

3. When the 60 ° signal light is lit, that the motor is 60 ° otherwise 120 °.

4. Motor phase sequence detection: (1) Hall phase sequence (a) 60 ° motor (b) 120 ° motor, (2) winding phase sequence

Through this step operation can complete the controller and motor winding and hall color line to line.

5, turn the test: the tester on the turn the test end of the three clamps were connected to the turn and turn the turn, turn the signal light should be bright changes, otherwise, that is, there is a fault.

6, controller detection: this instrument applies to a variety of brushless controller detection:

Connect the Hall input of the controller to the Hall line end of the controller of the tester.

The main line output of the controller will be connected to the detector controller main line terminal connected to the controller power supply, the detector on the 5V indicator should be lit such as not lit, indicating that the controller's 5V output is faulty; turn the turn on the detector to detect the controller's six signals should be lit in sequence (two signals for a group), if not lit or there are two groups of simultaneous flashing is a fault in the controller.
