Common problems and solutions

01 series equipment does not have spot welding

Scenario 1: No current output during spot welding (check if a circuit is formed or if there is an output signal)

1. Check the voltage: whether the voltage of the energy storage spot welding machine is above 5.2V.

2. No spot welding in MT mode: Check if the foot switch has poor contact and replace the foot switch.

3. No spot welding in AT mode: Check if the screen current level is flashing and if the setting is not confirmed; Is the welding material conductive.

If the above investigations do not solve the problem, it is necessary to contact the brand customer technical service

Scenario 2: E01 displayed during spot welding

1. Check if the welding needle of the spot welding pen is oxidized and polish it before trying again.

2. Check that the surface of the welded battery pack is flat and free of foreign objects.

3. Is there oxidation on the welded nickel sheet.

4. Check the spot welding pen interface, polish the interface, it may be oxidized.

5. Check if the internal hexagonal screw of the spot welding pen interface of the spot welding machine is tightened.

02 series equipment does not have spot welding

Scenario 1: No current output during spot welding

1. Check the voltage: whether the voltage of the energy storage spot welding machine is above 5.2V.

2. Check if the welding needle of the spot welding pen is oxidized and polish it before trying again.

3. Check that the surface of the welded battery pack is flat and free of foreign objects.

4. Is there oxidation on the welded nickel sheet.

5. Check the spot welding pen interface, polish the interface, it may be oxidized.

6. Check if the internal hexagonal screw of the spot welding pen interface of the spot welding machine is tightened.
